We took our winter Seasonal Release, Sleigh’r and aged it for 15 months in Heaven Hills bourbon barrels, adding in cocoa nibs, apricots, and wild strawberries during the aging process. The intense tartness from the fruit is balanced by subtle coffee undertones imparted by the cocoa nibs. The finish is pleasantly astringent and leaves the palate wanting more!
