When Erik of Lorenzo’s asked us to make a beer exclusively for the Hill, we thought it was a great idea for an area of St. Louis steeped in great history and fine cuisine.

St. Louis Italian-American beer drinkers rejoice! Here is the exact mid-point between a fizzy light lager and complex red wine. Soft grainy aromas and flavours with hints of freshly-baked crusty bread, balanced by floral and citrusy hops, blackberries, blackcurrants. Subtle sweetness which stands up to rich pasta sauce.
