The Blushing Geisha is an incredibly unique brew, inspired by all things Japanese. Koji sake rice imparts a beautiful, blushing red color and incredible woody, barrel like notes, while subtle wasabe root and ginger additions tickle the tongue, and whole cone Japanese Sorachi Ace hops balance the complex malt profile with just the right citrusy bitterness. At 6.4% ABV, this beer is surprisingly smooth, and maybe just a bit dangerous! Abv varied. Usage of Sorachi Ace hops also varied.
