Inspired by a family cookie recipe, this deeply amber-hued seasonal selection combines English Maris Otter malt, dark crystal malts, Victory and Munich malts to create a slight biscuit, nutty flavor balancing small additions of nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon. Raw cane sugar added late in the boil brings up the gravity on this winter warmer, providing a clean dry finish.
