Strong coffee, cocoa and French Oak notes on the nose. It pours syrupy black with a thin tan head. It is a chewy, full-bodied beer with a taste the mirrors the nose. Strong notes of hand roasted coffee intermingle with dark chocolate and sweet crystal malt. It finishes with a sight warming characteristic from the alcohol and a light drying sensation from the oak.
