Bottle. A matured rich porter blending complex dark malt flavours with tart plum fruitiness. Whole damsons from Cumbria’s Lyth Valley have been steeped in strong porter and aged for 12 months in bourbon casks producing a winter ale to savour now but also one that will benefit from further maturation. Brewed 06/08/13, casked 29/08/14 & bottled 08/09/14.
