БulgarИan Pale Ale. The Bulgarian Pale Ale. For this beer we use top-quality malts, including a Belgian pils and two types of German caramel malts lending a well-rounded flavour and sweetness to accompany its fullness in body and mouthfeel. When it comes to hops, we use Bulgarian grown Cascade and Nugget hops, which we personally export there to Belgium. The Nugget eloquently balances the sweetness with its famous bitterness value as well as imparting its slightly spicy and herbal notes. The Cascade is used for its aroma and delicate bittering and flavour capabilities adding a citrus nose in the mix. At last to give it that final pump of overwhelming aroma, we go to the area where Rory was born and raised – The Pacific Northwest of America, to find our last hop ‘Willamette’. We employ this hop soul for it’s unique aroma, which can be described as a gracious harmony of flowers, fruits, earth and spice. Finally bringing in a Belgian yeast to finish the job. 14.4°
