The IPA was supposed to be called "Charlie Don’t Surf Imperial Session IPA", but we had to drop the session portion when it finished at 6% ABV instead of 5. It is 104 IBU and 6.1% ABV. I was worried about it being too unbalanced while brewing it, so I mashed a little hotter and had a little extra supporting malt. In my opinion, it doesn’t taste like 104, but hopefully will next time. Hops were Chinook and Centennial, with a dry hop of both as well.
