Why Boot Toss? Why not? We brewed this big beer for the first time especially for the 2015 Hop Mob. Boot Toss Triple IPA uses a blend of two row, crystal, and carapils malts to lend balance and mouth feel to a beer that is dominated by loads of Pacific Northwest hops! A blend of a total of nine hops over a 90 minute boil ends with huge whirlpool additions bringing flavors of earthy spiciness, pink grapefruit, and tangerine.
