This small batch Lager is brewed to commemorate the 140th anniversary of brewing in Ilkley, honouring the founding fathers of Ilkley Brewery & Aerated Water Co who commenced trading in 1874. Each small batch is brewed with different hops, and for 2015 we are brewing it as an American lager, using specially sourced Lager yeast and American hops. This beer is the perfect alternative to the mass-produced lagers taking up so much space on our precious British taps. Hops: Mosaic, Belma & Bravo.
