This is a stout in the American tradition. Lots of hops and a nice bitterness, but not as heavy in residual sugars as UK or European stouts. And the ØLSNEDKEREN twist on this beer, is that the Yeast originates from Edinburgh – so you can call this an Anglo-American Stout if you like..
