Our second foray into the world of Cascadian dark Saisons. The Ryason pours a deep black with a creamy brown head. The aroma has full of malty toasted and roasted character with a slight spicy nose from the Saison yeast strain. The taste starts off with a semi-sweet malty taste, but soon the bitterness and flavor from the hops begin to come through. And to balance it all out, the Saison yeast strain adds its own unique flavor.
