Mira Belle is a blend of two lambics with added hogweed (Heracleum sphondylium) and camomile. Referencing to the daughter of chef Kobe Desramaults, Mira Belle is a 5,5ABV gueuze produced for his restaurant In De Wulf (Heuvelland - Belgium) and co ventures De Vitrine and De Superette (Ghent - Belgium).
