Hallertau Pils is the 8th in our series of Single Hop Pilsners. This series demonstrates how significantly the beer’s taste and aroma can be altered by simply changing the hop variety in an otherwise identical Pilsner. This one contains Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, the classic Bavarian noble hop, which creates a Pilsner with less bitterness than the previous Single Hop Pilsners as well as spicy, floral notes typical of noble hops.
