This is the amped up imperial version of GLB’s first brew and signature beer creation, the Honey Ma Gold. The Imperial Honey Ma features the same ingredients as the original: mouth-tingling Sichuan peppercorns and organic, local honey from an apiary near the Great Wall, though the Sichuan peppercorns are infused for a longer period of time and the honey used during brewing is doubled, creating a mild but higher in alcohol brew with a complex and intense aroma from the Sichuan Peppercorns and unprocessed whole flower Qingdao hops.
