Hop Strike is a dank India Pale Lager, packed with Chinook, Cascade, Centennial, Simcoe, Mosaic, Galaxy, Amarillo, and CTZ hops. This almost absurd combination of hops, including some dropped into our hopback from a drone, offers rich tropical aromas and a dank, fruity character. A traditional lager yeast strain and weeks of cold conditioning provide a clean, crisp finish. (Collaboration with Bloomington Brewing Co, Function, The Tap, and Quaff On!)
