The Southern Pines Grand Cru is a rich, complex, and dangerously smooth Belgian Dark Strong Ale. It is modeled after the Trappist Ales of Belgium, using the same water profile found at the Chimay Abbey. Its deep, garnet hue and dense, persistent head foreshadow wonderful aromas of raisins, plums, and spicy esters.
