Red Duck Gnaumette is a bundle of Lambic fun, cheeky, giggly, full of strawberries and just the right amount of tart. We started with our famous Gnaume Lambic base and added a lot of fresh strawberries. This fermented for a few months, then we added a few more strawberries, waited a little bit longer, then stuffed the little tart into about 400 bottles.
