An IPA series we have here at JAFB. The malt bill stays the same every time but the hop additions are changed and rearranged to create newly unique IPA every batch. This IPA uses lots of new hop varieties. These hops include: Mosaic, El Dorado, Equinox, Nelson Sauvin, and Waimea. Of course there are staples in there as well like Simcoe and Centennial.
