Slow Mow Pilsner is made with selected premium pilsner malts and European hops. One malt to be highlighted is the old world pilsner barley that was used. This barley was floor malted as it would have been traditionally produced in olden times, providing a biscuit-like flavor. This flavor is rounded out with the sweetness of the premium pilsner used. The sweet, yet dry biscuit flavor from the malt is complemented with a delicately balanced hop aroma and taste.
