This session ale – light body and low ABV, yet packed with the familiar flavors and aromas of an IPA – was brewed as a collaboration with the guys from To Øl out of Denmark. For this project, we divided this beer into two different batches. This particular half will have notes of sweet caramel and honey with balanced aromas and flavors of citrus, melon, and tropical fruits. The Danish Redneck will satisfy the quenching thirst of those seeking flavor and drinkability on these hot Arizona days.
