A traditional Belgian Golden Strong Ale. Light, hazy straw colored. Pours with a hefty blanket of white foam comprised of tight, uniform bubbles. Excellent foam retention and good lacing in the glass. Aromas are light, fresh citrus and tropical fruit notes. Hints of characteristic Belgian yeast aromas are present but not strong. Initial flavors are those light malt that fade into stronger fruit esters. Finish is dry and clean leaving one’s palate wanting more.
