In a true lack of regard for beer style sheets, we brewed our Belgian inspired interpretation of a dunkel-weisse. German Pilsen malt, red wheat and a touch of black wheat malts make up the grain bill. French hops, Biere de Garde yeast, and low fermentation temperatures create hints of milk chocolate, subdued yeast esters, and a light malt backbone in this brew.
