Gandy Dancers laid the track before machines automated the process. Lifting rails and during them into place with the leverage of a steel bar called a gandy and songs to coordinate their work. Our Saison recognizes the exhausting efforts of a bygone era and feel that hard work should be met with the reward of a refreshing beer. Gandy Dancer comes through with a soft malt character and a unique fruity profile of white wine grapes, gooseberries, lemon/citrus, all finishing with mild tart and dry finish. Simply refreshing for the early Summer.
