Aged/soured in a French Bordeaux red wine barrel for 18 months. It went into the barrel on 11-5-13 and after souring came out 5-9-15. The gravity dropped so drastically that the alcohol was increased by 2% and the apparent attenuation is now 107%. This thing clocks in at 10.6% & 24 ibu! If Yak & Yeti bottled, this would have been a rare bottle for sharing, but unfortunately, this is only available in the Arvada Brewpub
