Cask. Story: Keep it Simple Stupid – Single Malt Bill (Maris Otter), US-05 yeast, and a single distinct Hop. Taste: Each week in the brewery we pick a different unique hop, and brew a beer using only that. Whether it’s Pacific Gem (NZ), Citra (US), Goldings (UK), Perle (EUR), each fantastic hop has its own distinct flavour profile - Single Hop will be random, we cannot specify, it will depend what we brew each week.
