Named in honour of Shepherd Neame’s historic Thames sailing barge (The Greta), Red Sails Cherry Porter pays homage to many a Kentish icon. The barges’ distinctly coloured sails littered the estuary throughout the 19th century – the heyday of Porter. Vessels exported the finest Kentish produce to the capital, including beer from The Faversham Brewery and succulent Kentish Morello cherries.
