This is the first single hop IPA by Draught Works (IPA is brewed only using one hop variety for the entire batch). This is meant to showcase this extremely new hop which offers complex fruit flavors such as banana, pear, orange, and fruity spice. Mellow yet very well balanced fruity characteristics.
This IPA is brewed with 2-row barley malt as well as caramel malts, honey malt, dextrin malt (malt to aid in body), and munich malts.
Jarylo was the Slovic god of Fertility, believed to be (re)born and killed every year. His mythical life cycle followed the yearly life of various wheat plants, from seeding through vegetation to harvest.
