Dark Gold in colour, with a citrusy/herbal/sherberty/resin aroma. Initial taste of prickly spice and sherbert and lemon, full bodied with initial sweetness. Spicy bitter after palate and very drying, makes you want to take another sip.
Single hopped with Northern Brewer during the boil and Aroma hopped in the Whirlpool with Northern Brewer and Cascade.
