Sourweisse is a tangy, fresh and light beer fit for summer. I tasted berlinerweisse for the first time in Copenhagen many years ago, and Ive thought about it ever since. This is not a real berlinerweisse, but my interpretation of it. Ive been waiting for an oppurtinity to brew this beer for a looooong time. But then theres the three Ts: Things Take Time.
