Our 500th brew at Mad Fox Brewing Company! We took our Batch 100 malt bill similar to an Imperial Stout, calculated the hopping rate to 100 IBU’s and then fermented it on the legendary Belgian Chimay yeast strain. This complex brew was then aged in Cabernet wine barrels to add even more sensations of oak and stone fruit flavors. We wanted to go big with this one, so be warned. It’s 11.85% ABV lurks hidden in the background while your taste buds dance in delight.
