Jungle Juice er en kraftig humlet dobbel IPA hvor mesteparten av humlen tilsettes de siste 15 minuttene av koketiden, og resten tilsettes i gjæringstanken! Vi benytter den humlen vi synes passer best til ølstilen, og som skaper et utrolig friskt øl med et tydelig preg av tropiske frukter. ----

Jungle Juice is a double IPA that has been dosed with powerful bursts of hops. Most were added in the last 15 minutes of the boil; the rest right in the fermenter! We’ve used the hops which we agree suit the style best, and which combined create an unbelievably refreshing beer with a distinct note of tropical fruits.

This time we used Galaxy, Ahtanum, Pacific Gem, Chinook and Mosaic.

Different yeast, different hopping and different carbonation from the first (Nelson Sauvin) edition.
