This beer offers a bipolar twist on the classic Belgian golden ale. A unique abbery ale yeast, Belgian grown pilsner malt and Styrian Golding hops form the base, which is then dry-hopped in the Northwest tradition using a proprietary blend of the brewer’s favorite hops, thus creating a double implact of Belgian and American flavors.
