Barossa Smoke – An example of how we incorporate the best aspects of our wonderful region. We smoke our malts in small batches at award winning small goods producer Steiny’s. The result is a wonderfully aromatic ale. It has a beautiful crimson red hue with a smooth caramel body with raisin and stone fruit flavours. The use of hops and smoked malts add an earthy smoky spice to this wonderful beer. Much like a great restaurant with a creative Chef, our brewers are always experimenting with the best the region has to offer. We have used Grapes, Chocolate, Coffee, Orange zest and even smoked malts with local woods. The result every 3 months we have something unique and different.
