This year’s iteration of Drought Conditions features locally picked sage. At 4.0% ABV, this smoked porter packs a pungent strong flavor. Our Head Brewer, Charlie Johnson, teamed up with the Peppermill’s Executive Chef, Mark Lund, and smoked over 165 lbs of American 2-row barley over hickory wood. Brewed for C.A.R.E. Chest of Northern Nevada’s Bacon Bourbon and Brews event, this beer highlights deep smoke and local ingredients
