Cask; Status Uncertain - also available bottle conditioned.
INGREDIENTS: Maris Otter pale malt/crystal malt/Cascade, Fuggle and First Gold hops. A copper-coloured bitter, bottled, like the others featured here, by allowing cask beer to drop bright, transferring it to a new cask and kräusening before filling.
TASTING NOTES: Red-amber beer, this time with a hoppy aroma backed by a little malt. It's a full flavoured, hoppy, malty best bitter to taste, with a mellow, moreish, pleasantly bitter and hoppy finish.
