Common descriptors are Our Diamond Tail Northwest Imperial Wit is a strong wheat beer packed with hops. It is intentionally hazy from the wheat proteins, not yeast. It boasts a broad but thought out selection of hops including the American varietal Calypso, Japanese bred Sorachi Ace and German favorites Opal, Hersbrucker and Perle. Look for spicy, pithy, floral, and fruity notes from the hops as well as a strong phenol character from the Belgian yeast.
