Named after Fritz’ German Wire-hair Pointer, Schnapps, Drahthaar is a big, bold, assertive, American Double IPA. It is everything you would expect and unexpect. Hops dominate, but a sweet maltiness is there just enough to compliment and balance. Extra sugar is added to increase the punch while lightening the body so the hops can shine.
