It is bittersweet, with some caramel and chocolate notes. Hop flavor is mostly non-existent but discernable. Alcohol strength would make it appear like an American brown ale, but lack of hops would say it’s more in the English style. Maris Otter pale malt, Crystal, Cara-Munich, and Chocolate are used. Fuggles takes care of bittering the beer. Molasses and Brown Sugar are added to the kettle boil lending to a smoothness and velvety quality that's very enjoyable. OG: 1.055 FG: 1.012 ABV: 5.5% IBU: 21
