Wet Hop American Summer is our special two-year anniversary ale. Made in partnership with Organarchy Farm in Oldtown, Maryland, Fresh Hop "insert name" is made with the freshest organic hops available in DC! Only available at harvest, forty pounds of Cascade hops were picked in the morning and added to the beer that afternoon. The large dose of wheat adds crispness and a slight haze, and the cascade hops provide a nice grapefruit bitterness.
