Rumtopf is a German dessert made from a medley of in-season fruit aged in a pot of rum. We did that, then blended it into an ale for a unique, flavourful fruit + beer combo. This pale ale is blended with juices extracted from a bevy of rum-soaked organic fruits, including peaches, pears, blueberries, plums and currants. Expect pleasant fruit-and-malt sweetness and hints of rum.
