Hilliard’s Beer announces the launch of it’s One-Run Series with the making of their first ever Imperial IPA. The One-Run Series is born out of a monthly collaboration in which the entire brewery staff works together to create a beer they’ve always wanted to make.

This first foray into the previously untouched land of the hop-head is brewed with Gambrinus ESB and Castle Vienna malts, hopped with Cascade, Simcoe and Summit, and then liberally dry-hopped with Azacca, Cascade, Chinook and Simcoe.

The Imperial IPA will be the first One-Run Series beer available for wider distribution through Columbia [Distributing], Hilliard’s Washington Distributor. The brewery plans to keep rolling out new and exciting brews each month and the brew team promises further exploration into the land of heavy hopping throughout the One-Run Series.
