30 lbs of wet hops went into this IPA, with almost 50 lbs going into the dryhop alone. Citrus, sweet fruit, and a strong green, herbal flavor dominate this intense brew. We lightened the malt profile so that the hops would shine. Nugget, Magnum, Centennial and Sorachi Ace hops play a supporting role to Cascade and Cluster. The majority of these hops were provided by United Hops, but some of the Cluster was picked by us from a hop patch near West Sacramento.
