From Barrel to bottle, Elysium III has evolved in the company of its Spanish sherry and Scottish malt whisky predecessors.

The all-powerful Imperial Stout, comprising of an impressive eleven malts, is mellowed by the dried fruit and subtle richness of the sherry barrels. Cherry bark, coffee and wine-like tannings give way to red grapes, oak and charred aromas.
