Juteux (French: "Juicy") is a mixed-fermentation saison aged in French oak barrels with our house mixed culture of wild yeast and souring bacteria and aged with apricots. You might have had our Apricot Kisses (barrel-fermented saison w/ apricots), but in Juteux we added double the amount of apricots! So what you get is a apricot-forward, tart, earthy, complex saison with hints of oak. 8.3% ABV (750ml corked & caged champagne-style bottles). 700 bottles.
