This beer comes in a rusty traditional glass-bottle with snap-cap. It Matches the excellent witty label. A part of the rustic appearance comes from the name cow tail (Kuhschwanz = cow tail). It was also at time of Tangermund, how also everywhere here, usual that everybody from the people wanted to brew his own barleyjuice below in his cellar. The water for the palatable swill was taken by the Tanger river. But also the cattle of the surroundings wanted to quench her thirst in the river. So it came that the master brewers wanted to expel the cows from the river to ladle much of the water. But they also strove so much not able for her to prevent that, meanwhile, at least a cow tail still always hung in the Tanger.
