Land Trust is an Appalachain Saison brewed with local grains from Riverbend Malt House of Asheville, North Carolina, including house smoked applewood barley. Fermented with our mixed house culture and then again with the addition of house pressed certified organic apple juice from Fox Gap Farm of Morganton, North Carolina. Conditioned on locally foraged spicebush twigs and fermented again inside the bottle.
