Brewschool 100 Curveball Black IPA is a collaboration beer between Moerlein and the Cincinnati State brewing class. A dollar from every pint sold will be donated to United Way Cincinnati along with 100% of the proceeds from the ceremonial first keg. This brew is a perfect combination of a classic, dark beer and American IPA. A robust blend of roasted and caramelized malt give a nice, darkened color and dark fruited flavor. Citra and Galaxy hops were used in the kettle, combined with Chinook in the dry hop to give a nice hoppy, floral and citrus aroma.
