Malts: Pilsner, Flaked Oats, Special B, English Brown, Cara Aroma, Cara Pils Hops: Simcoe, Tettnanger 13,5% Barley Wine aged in Port Barrels with Prunes and Dates. The concept behind the Babushka is to have three layers of portwine. The base beer (Barley Wine) with dark and sweet malts tasting like portwine, prunes and dates to reflect the dark fruit flavour of portwine and finally ageing the beer in portwine barrels.
