Silk Mill is one smooth, roasty Oatmeal Stout. Brewed in the spirit of the historic Silk Mill, that is now home to Mayday, the silky mouthfeel of this Oatmeal Stout will remind you of a Murfreesboro tradition. This Stout was woven with Black Prinz for color, Light Chocolate Malt for sweetness, Victory for nutty undertones, and balanced with first wort hop additions of EKG. Silk Mill has plenty of character with a 6.2% ABV and 40 IBUs. Mayday’s seasonal will keep you warm this winter, but like the old Silk Mill, it will soon be in the past.
